Helix 75mm AAC panels are made from autoclaved aerated concrete, which enables them to provide superb thermal and acoustic insulation. While they provide the durability of concrete, these panels are 3-4 times lighter than traditional bricks, which speeds up construction time and reduces the costs by 15%. Technical Information
The Helix 75mm panels are reinforced by a centrally located single-layer steel mesh to provide balanced strength. The panels are compatible with timber and steel frames and are butt-jointed and glued with AAC thin-bed adhesive, which prevents drafts and minimises surface cracking. The panels are 75mm thick, 600mm wide, and weigh 35.6-39.8 kg/m².
The Helix 75mm panels come in various lengths - 1800, 2200, 2400, 2550, 2700, 2850, 3000mm. They achieve a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of 120/120/120, providing 120 minutes of protection against fire, while their thermal resistance amounts to 0.602 m² K/W.
